During the application process:

  • Once the completed application has been received by the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, we will assist you in answering any requests for additional information and provide correctly structured and detailed responses for your review and submission.

Upon the granting of your licence, our service includes:

  • Training on the use of the GOV.UK operator's licence, self-service portal.

  • Training on the use of your OCRS (Operator Compliance Risk Score) portal and assistance with interpreting the data.

  • Application and Licence fees payable to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner.
